Real estate:  Whether it's buying a home, leasing a store, dealing with a pesky landlord/tenant problem, or handling a foreclosure, real estate is an aspect of our lives we cannot avoid.  It is thus one of the biggest parts of our practice.   We handle matters from simple (and not-so-simple) negotiations for sales and leases of property, to complex litigation involving specific performance and actions to quiet title.  We can handle matters all the way to the  appellate courts.

Commercial transactions:  It is the American Dream to own one's own company, and many of our clients turn to us to help make that dream come true.  From the first steps of setting up the company, to the complex tasks of merging with another, or dealing with insurance and liability issues, our clients turn to us first for assistance and guidance.

Estate planning:  This practice was born out of our clients' success, and their insistence that we help them in this part of their lives too.  We draw up wills, healthcare proxies, and powers of attorneys; we also assist with more complicated estate planning matters like trusts and family limited partnerships.  Since we litigate, we also assist in obtaining guardianships, probating wills and administering estates.
